Plan – n. a detailed list of steps intended to be taken to attain a goal or objective, captured in any media or form, referred periodically only to understand the magnitude and direction of deviation in reality. Also increasingly used in projects ranging from government welfare programs to product launches to application development. Some interesting examples include New Year resolutions list, urban infrastructure development plans etc.
